肺炎克雷伯菌新生儿医院感染分离株耐药性及β-内酰胺酶CTX-M基因检测 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解新生儿医院感染产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)肺炎克雷伯菌分离株的耐药性及β-内酰胺酶CTX-M耐药基因的存在状况。方法对表型确认证实产ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌进行药敏试验并用PCR扩增检测CTXM基因。结果14株产ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌药敏结果一致,耐三代头孢和耐酶抑制剂,均检出CTX-M基因。结论随着CTX-M酶分布日渐广泛,有必要对其进行深入研究,了解不同的产CTX-M酶菌株耐药水平之差异。 OBJECTIVE To investigate resistance of extended-spectrum β-lactamases-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae in infected newborns and existence of β-lactamases gene CTX-M. METHODS The antimicrobial susceptibility test on ESBLs KPN which we have known its phenotype was conducted, then the CTX-M gene was amplified by polymerase chain reaction and detected. RESULTS The resistance of 14 strains ESBLs KPN was the same, all were resistant to third generation cephalosporins and enzyme-inhibitors, and all these strains possessed CTX-M gene. CONCLUSIONS With CTX-M broad distribution, we can study it deeply, then we can find out the differences of resistant level between all kinds of CTX-M-Droducing strains.
