皂液流动水洗手与洁芙柔消毒凝胶擦拭依从性研究

Compliance of Liquid Soap and Jiefurou :A Comparative Study

目的比较医护人员对传统的皂液流动水洗手和洁芙柔消毒凝胶快速擦手剂擦拭,两种洗手方法的依从性。方法对分别配备两种洗手条件的两个病区的医护人员进行调查,统计按规定洗手的比率和合格率。结果皂液流动水组洗手率56.54%,合格率31.75%;洁芙柔消毒凝胶快速擦手剂擦拭组洗手率96.31%,合格率95.52%。结论与传统的皂液流动水洗手法相比,洁芙柔消毒凝胶快速擦手剂擦拭法医护人员的依从性和洗手的合格率都有明显的升高。

OBJECTIVE To compare the compliance of liquid soap and Jiefurou （a quick hand-washer） in the hospital. METHODS Doctors and nurses in two units equipped with liquid soap and Jiefurou were investigated. The rate of compulsory hand-washing and its eligible rate were calculated. RESULTS In the liquid soap group, the rate of compulsory hand-washing was 56.54%, and its eligible rate was 31.75%; while the rates were 96.31% and 95.52%, respectively, in the Jiefurou group. CONCLUSIONS Comparing with liquid soap, there are much more compliance and higher hand-washing rate and eligible rate in the Jiefurou group in the hospital,
