功能性发声障碍与喉器质性病变相关性研究

Relationship Between Functional Phonation Disorder and Laryngeal Organic Disease

目的探讨功能性发声障碍与喉器质性病变的关系。方法通过询问病史、调查诱因和动态喉镜检查,进行功能性发声障碍病因分析及诊断,并依据杨宝琦教授的两级中枢理论进行分析和治疗。结果许多功能性发声障碍与喉器质性病变有关,经发声训练而改善。结论功能性发声障碍可因喉器质性病变诱发,也可与喉器质性病变同时存在。

Objective To study the relationship of functional phonation disorders and laryngeal organic diseases. Methods The history and reasons of the patients with functional phonation disorder were investigated, and these patients were treated by professor Yang Baoqi＇s theory of two control centers. Results A lot of functional phonation disorders were related to laryngeal organic diseases, and could be treated by phonation training. Conclusion The functional phonation disorders may be caused by laryngeal organic diseases. The functional phonation disorders and the laryngeal organic diseases may occur at the same time.
