托吡酯治疗偏头痛56例疗效观察

Evaluation of Efficacy and Safety of Topiramate in Treatment of 56 Cases with Splitting Headache

目的探讨托吡酯治疗偏头痛的临床效果。方法随机将112例偏头痛患者分为治疗组与对照组各56例,治疗组应用托吡酯25mg Bid。每周增加25mg,直至发作控制或不能耐受为止,最大剂量150mg/d,疗程3个月,随访6个月。对照组给予苯噻啶0.5mg Bid,疗程3个月,随访6个月。结果治疗组56例完成治疗,对照组56例完成治疗,治疗组显效率及总有效率明显高于对照组,有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.01)。结论托吡酯治疗偏头痛疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective Evaluation of efficacy and safety of topiramate in treatment ot 56 cases with splitting headache. Methods 112 patients with splitting headache in our hospital were divided into two groups randomly,56 patients of the therapeutic group had been administered topiramate 25mg a day,doses of topiramate were increased 25mg every week to the biggest doses of 150mg until symptom were controlled or the patient didn＇t endure. By such methods, the patients were treated for three months and observed for six months. The control group with 56 cases were administered pizotifen a day for three months and observed for six months. Results The total efficacy rate and obvious efficacy rate in the therapeutic group was significantly higher than that in the control group respectively （P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions Topiramate is effective in the treatment of splitting headache.
