摘要
采用直弧型连铸机生产厚180mm、200mm,宽1030～1 240mm的不锈钢板坯,铸坯出现裂纹缺陷。就裂纹形成的原因进行了分析,提出了改进工艺措施,取得了较好的效果。
In the production of stainless steel slabs,thickness 180 mm,200 mm,width 1030-1240 mm,which are produced in vertical-arc continuous casting machine,the crack defects appear On the slabs.The causes of crack generated are analyzed and puts forward the correspondent measures in this paper,which have got good results.
