摘要
国内外对含铜钢的固溶处理研究尚少 ,并且认为固溶处理得到的是均匀固溶体 ,即铁素体组织 .而固溶处理对时效时的沉淀行为会产生一定影响 .利用金相法和JEOLJEM - 2 0 10高分辨电子显微镜进行观察 ,发现固溶态的铁素体组织中存在纳米级有序畴结构 .有序畴的尺寸约 10~ 2 5nm .有序畴中的铜原子排列成一个简单四方“晶格” ,此“晶格”
Less attention has been paid on solution process in Cu-containing steel investigations, and the theory that there is even solution condition after solution process, i.e. ferrite microstructure was taken for granted. In fact, solution process makes some effect on aging behavior of Cucontaining steels. Ordering domain microstructure in nanometer scale was found in solution condition by means of transmission electron microscopy (JEOLJEM-2010) and metallographical analysis. The results show that size of ordering domain is about 10- 25 nanometer with Cu atom arrayed in ordering domain as a simple cubic structure, which inserts in body center cubic ferrite crystal lattice.
