二期梅毒患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡及其免疫表型的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察二期梅毒患者外周血淋巴细胞(PBLC)凋亡及其免疫表型,探讨二期梅毒患者免疫功能异常与淋巴细胞凋亡的关系。方法:采用流式细胞仪检测33例二期梅毒患者和30例正常人PBLC免疫表型与细胞凋亡。结果:梅毒患者外周血Th细胞及Th/Ts比值明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而Ts细胞则显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。B淋巴细胞两组间的差异无显著性(P>0.05)。梅毒患者PBLC及CD4+细胞凋亡率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),CD8+及CD19+细胞凋亡率两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);梅毒患者PBLC凋亡率与CD4+细胞及CD4+/CD8+比值呈显著负相关(r=-0.675,P<0.01;r=-0.782,P<0.01),CD4+细胞凋亡率与CD4+细胞数呈显著负相关(r=-0.813,P<0.01)。结论:二期梅毒患者存在细胞免疫功能抑制,其细胞免疫功能异常可能与淋巴细胞凋亡过度有关。 Objective: To investigate the correlation of apoptosis with immunophenotypes of peripheral blood lymphocyte (PBLC) in secondary syphilis. Methods- PBLC immunophenotype and apoptosis in 33 cases of secondary syphilis and 30 normal controls were determined by flow cytometry (FCM). Results: Compared with controls, Th cells and the ratio of Th/Ts were significantly decreased( P 〈 0.01 ), whereas Ts cells were remarkably increased in syphilitics( P 〈 0.01 ). There was no significant difference in B lymphocytes between both groups( P 〉 0.05). Apoptosis of PBLCs and CD4^+ cells in syphilitics was superior to those in controls ( P 〈 0.01 ). Apoptosis of CD8^+ and CD19^+ cells in syphilitics was not different from those in controls (P 〉 0.05). There was a negative correlation of PBLE apoptosis with CD4^+ cells and the ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+ ( r = - 0.675, P 〈 0.01 ; r = - 0. 782, P 〈 0.01 ) in syphilitic patients, and so was between CD4^+ cell apoptosis and CD4^+ cells( r = - 0.813, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: There is a prominent suppression of celllar immunity in patients with secondary syphilis, which is associated with the excessive apoptosis of PBLCs.
