摘要 目的:观察窄谱中波紫外线治疗顽固性特应性皮炎的疗效、近期副作用及患者依从性。方法:对20例顽固性特应性皮炎患者进行窄谱中波紫外线全身照射治疗,每周3次,共8周;在治疗前及治疗8周后用EASI标准进行病情评分,计算病情改善率。结果:20例患者中19例均完成8周的治疗;治疗8周后3例患者基愈,9例显效,6例有效,1例无效,平均病情改善率为55.11%。3例患者出现全身轻度色素沉着,随访6个月3例基愈患者未见复发。结论:对顽固性特应性皮炎,窄谱中波紫外线显示出较好的治疗效果,且近期副作用少,患者依从性好,复发少。 Objective: To determine the therapeutic efficacy, short- term side effects and the patients' compliance with narrow - band UVB ( NB - UVB) phototherapy in patients with refractory atopic dermatitis. Methods: Twenty patients with refractory atopic dermatitis underwent the whole- body irradiation with NB- UVB three times a week for 8 weeks. The severity of the disease was assessed by an PASI score at baseline and after 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks of treatment. 'l^e reduction in the PASI score was calculated. Results: Nineteen patients completed the full course of phototherapy. Of 19 patients, three was judged to obtain nearly complete remission, nine gained marked improvement, six got slight improvement and no change in one patient. The mean reduction of PASI score was 55.11%. Three patients appeared slight pigmentation over the whole body. Three patients with complete remission remained free from recurrence during a follow - up of 6 months. Conclusion: NB - UVB phototherapy appears an effective treatment with few short - term side effects, good compliance and few relapses in the treatment of refractory atopic dermatitis.
