摘要
以邻氨基苯酚对磺酸为原料,取代吡唑啉酮为偶合成分合成偶氮染料,并用Al、Fe金属盐络合生成生态金属络合染料。通过提纯并对其进行分析测定确定其结构,通过皮革染色的试验,分析了不同pH值条件下对生态染料染色性能的影响。
The azo dyes are synthesized with the o-aminophenolsulfonic acid and substitute pyrazolone, and then they are complexed by A1, Fe salt to become the metal complex dyes.The structure of the environmental friendly dyes was defined through analyzing them after refining, and through the test of the leather-dyeing, the effect of different pH on dyeing property of the environmental friendly dyes was explored.
