摘要
借助stackelberg模型,讨论了地产商的竞争关系,并建立了相应的决策与博弈模型,求出了均衡解。
Based on the theory of stackelberg model, this paper makes a study on the price game among real estate enterprises, then establishes a model of project game, and also finds an equilibrium-load solution.
