内皮祖细胞的生物学特性及在缺血性疾病中的应用

摘要
内皮祖细胞是血管内皮细胞的前体细胞。研究发现内皮祖细胞不仅参与胚胎期的血管生成,也存在于成体骨髓、外周血及脐血中。内源性和外源性因素刺激可动员骨髓内皮祖细胞进入外周血,参与缺血组织的血管重建和损伤血管的再内皮化过程。因此,内皮祖细胞在缺血性疾病、血管修复中具有广阔的临床运用前景。
