TIL细胞治疗对恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响

Effect of TIL on Immunologic Function of Patients with Malignancy

应用ＴＩＬ治疗１８例消化道恶性肿瘤患者，ＴＩＬ细胞的输注途径为肿瘤供血动脉和腹腔内注射，输注细胞数为１．５～３×１０９。输注ＴＩＬ细胞后，绝大多数患者外周血Ｔ细胞亚群比例显著上升（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＮＫ和ＬＡＫ细胞活性显著增强（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果显示，ＴＩＬ细胞的输注明显提高了肿瘤患者的免疫功能。

Eighteen cases of alimentary malignancy were treated by tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL).TIL was infused via the blood supplying artery or peritoneal cavity at the amount of 1.5-3×109.After infusion of TIL,T cell subgroups and NK,LAK activity of peripheral blood were remarkably increased in a majority of patients (P<0.05).Results show that infusion of TIL has enhanced obviously immunologic function of patients with tumor.
