低叶酸饲料对小鼠血清叶酸浓度及生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的考察低叶酸饲料对小鼠血清叶酸浓度和生长的影响。方法采用放射免疫法检测国产市售实验动物饲料(颗粒饲料、繁殖料)和自制低叶酸饲料中的叶酸含量,观测低叶酸饲料喂养后小鼠的血清叶酸浓度和生长情况。结果食用低叶酸饲料后,小鼠血清叶酸浓度显著降低(P<0.001),但能维持在正常范围内,且不影响小鼠体重和正常生长。结论低叶酸饲料可替代颗粒饲料用于与叶酸受体相关研究的实验动物饲养。
