摘要 “几乎没有一个国家将会冒风险不对教育信息化进行巨额投入,也几乎没有一个国家没有大规模的对教师进行信息通讯技术培训的计划。许多国家将愿意从我们的错误与成功中学习和收益。” (Leask,2002,p．50)
