We should deeply grasp the spirit of the education activity, keeping Communists＇ advancement, which was lunched by the Central Committee of Chinese Party, and completely understand the meaning of the activity, so that we can enhance the and sense of responsibility to carry on the activity. In the meanwhile we should make clear the guiding thoughts, basic principles, aim and requirements on our steps in universities, so as to encourage all the communists to devote themselves the education activity with full enthusiasm and active attitude.By this activity we can improve the leaders＇ administrating ability and levels, and improve the administrating ability of the Chinese Communist Party.
