抗银胶囊3号治疗银屑病45例报告

Treatment of fourty-five cases of psoriasis with antipsoriatic capsule No.Ⅲ

根据临床应用黄芩甙治疗银屑病有效，以及在实验中发现黄芩甙可降低银屑病ＰＭＮ对白细胞三烯Ｂ４的趋化性的基础上，应用含黄芩甙及大黄醇浸膏粉的抗银胶囊３号治疗银屑病，取得了比单用黄芩甙更为满意的疗效，治愈率（含基本治愈）６２．２３％，总有效率９７．７８％。其疗效机理，除上述以外，还可能与大黄醇浸膏粉的抗菌和免疫抑制作用有关。

Baseo on the clinical effectiveness of baicalin in psoriasis and its action in decrcasing the chemotactis activity of psoriatic PMN to LTB4 in vitro,we used antipsoriatic capsule No.Ⅲ which contain baicalin and alcoholic extracted powder of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei to treat fourty-five patients with psoriasis,and achieved a more satisfactory effectiveness than baicalin alone.The cure rate(including basically cure rate) was 62.23%,The total effectiveness rate was 97.78%.Its therapeutic mechanism,besides what was mentioned above,may relate to the antibacterial and immunosuppressive action of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei.
