摘要
对20例恶性脑膜瘤作了Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ型胶原及laminin,fibronectin的免疫组化染色。Ⅳ型胶原及Laminin在血管基膜呈连续线状阳性,阳性物多于良性脑膜瘤,基膜增厚分层;Ⅰ,Ⅲ型胶原明显减少,仅在巢间间质内呈稀网状,条状阳性。结果提示上述改变可作为良恶性的鉴别点之一;基膜增厚也可能是恶性脑膜瘤不易经血道转移的一种原因。
n an attempt to characterize the distribution of extracellular matrix,20 malignantmeningiomas were examined immunohistochemically with antibodies to collagen Type Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,laminin(LM)and fibronectin(FN).The results showed that the staining for collagen Type Ⅳand LM were continuous,linearly positive on the basement membrane(BM)of the blood vesselsas well as stronger and thicker than benign meningiomas,The staining for collagen Type Ⅰ,Ⅲ,LM and FN were linearly and reticularly positive in perivascular intersitium,but much weakerthan that of benign meningiomas. These findings may be helpful in diagnosis of malignantmeningiomas. The thickening of the BM may be one of the causes why malignant meningiomasare not easy to metastasize through the blood vessels.
