摘要
采用反向高效液相色谱法测定了灌服中药复方五菟颗粒剂前后大鼠脑组织中腺苷酸的含量。发现灌服后大鼠脑组织中ＡＴＰ，ＡＤＰ及ＮＡＤ￣＋含量明显高于对照（Ｐ＜０．０５）；ＡＭＰ含量则低于对照组（Ｐ＜０，０５）。本资料为五菟颗粒剂的健脑作用提供了可靠的药理学依据。
n order to observe the effects of a new traditional Chinese medicine compound Wu-Tu gran-ules,adenylate contents in rat brain tissue were determined using rHPLC,Wu-Tu granules wereinfused per os to 2 groups of rats treated with 3 and 6 fold dosage of prescription respectively.The results showed that the contents of ATP,ADP and NAD+ in rat brain tissues of 2 groupswere increased to levels higher than those of the control after infusion for one week. The AMPcontent in brain was lower than that of the control.These data provided satisfactory explana-tion for the pharmacology of Wu-Tu granules in the tonic improvement of rat brain function.
