摘要
对30例脑血栓患者红细胞膜(RBCm)及血浆总胆固醇(T—ch)、脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]进行了测定分析、同时还测定了镁离子(Mg2+)、尿酸(UA)水平,并同55名健康人作对照比较,结果显示:脑血栓患者RBCm和血浆T—ch、LP(a)均明显高于健康组(P<0.001),血浆Mg2+明显低于健康组(P<0.001),UA明显高于健康组(P<0.05)。直线相关分析显示:RBCm脂蛋白(a)的改变与血浆T—ch无显著相关性,与血浆LP(a)有一定相关性,提示RBCm和血浆LP(a)增高是脑血栓患者的独立危险因素。
We detected the levels of lipoprotein(a) [LP(a)] and total cholesterol(T-ch) in red blood cell membrane(RBCm) and plasma and concentration of Mg2+ and urea acid(UA) in plasma on 30 cases patients with cerebral thrombosis, comparing to 55 healthy adults. The results showed: T-ch and LP (a) in RBCm and plasma cerebral thrombosis patients were obviously higher than that of healthy adults(P<0.001). We also detected Mg2+and(UA) in plasma. The results showed: on cerebral thrombosis patients group, Mg2+was obviously decreased (P<0. 001),but UA obviously increased (P<0. 05). Study of relationship revealed: there were no correlation between LP(a) in RBCm and T-ch in plasma, but there were correlation between LP(a) in RBCm and that in plasma. These results suggested that the high LP(a)in RBCm and plasma is the single risk factor of cerebral thrombosis patients.
