摘要 在高过载测试中,缓冲材料的选取直接的影响到缓冲结构的性能,通过对指标缓冲效率的分析,选取了铝及其合金泡沫铝作为缓冲材料,对其在高过载防护方面的一些特性进行了分析.设计了一种高效的缓冲结构并进行了一系列冲击试验.试验研究表明,泡沫铝具有很高的冲击吸收本领,是一种极具潜力的冲击缓冲材料. The selection of cushion material will directly affect the cushion capability of the cushion structure in the overload test. According to the analysis of the cushion efficiency, the authors chose aluminum and its alloy's foam as the cushion material. After analyzing of its characteristics in the overload protection, a high efficiency cushion structure is designed and a series of shock experiments have been done, indicating that foam aluminum is a kind of excellent material of energy-absorption, and is a kind of potential power as cushion material.
