中国石油化工集团公司（SINOPEC）在中华人民共和国北京注册，是国家独资设立的国有公司，国家授权的投资机构和国家控股公司，公司注册资本1049亿元人民币，总部设在北京。中国石化集团公司控股的中国石油化工股份有限公司先后于2000年10月和2001年8月在境外境内发行H股和A股，并分别在中国香港特别行政区、纽约、伦敦和上海上市。
China Petrochemical Corporation （SINOPEC） is a state-owned enterprise incorporated in Beijing, China. SINOPEC has a registered capital of RMB 104.9 billion yuan and is headquartered in Beijing. China Petroleum ＆ Chemical Corporation （Sinopec Corp.）, the publicly listed company of SINOPEC Group, was listed at Hong Kong, New York and London Stock Exchanges in Oct. 2000 and issued shares in domestic A share-denominated market in August 2001.
