摘要 目的研究骨水泥用于股骨手术时心血管和肺功能变化。方法在5只狗中3ml的骨水泥被注人股骨,30min内连续监测心率,动、静脉血压,血气,呼吸次数,潮气量,呼气末CO_2。结果骨水泥注入后引起心率和动脉压下降和静脉压上升,同时引起呼吸次数和PCO_2上升,P0_2:、呼气末CO_2和pH下降。结论本研究表明骨水泥注入股骨后导致心、肺功能明显变化,说明有潜在的心血管和肺部并发症的危险,临床应用需要加强并发症的监测。 Objective To study the changes in cardinocrespiaratory function induced by injection of cement into cavity. Methods In each of five dogs, 3 ml of polymethyl mthacrylate (PMMA) was injected into femoral medullary cavity. Heart rate, arterial and venous pressures, blood gas values, respiratory rate, tidal volume and Steady-state end-tidal CO2 (PETCO2 )were continuously monitored. Results The heart rate and arterial pressure rapidly increased, and venous pressure rapidly decreased immediately ( within several seconds) after the injection of PMMA into the femoral medullary cavity. The injection also produced simultaneously the increase in the respiratory rate and PCO2 and the decrease in PETCO2 and blood pH value. Condusion The application of the cement to the femoral surgery can produce cardiorespiratory complications, which should be intensively monitored.
