摘要 通尿肌肌源性异常是糖尿病膀胱的重要致病机制之一。其病理变化表现为逼尿肌形态改变、功能改变、能量代谢紊乱。受体与膜通道变化以及自由基损伤等多个方面。 Dysfunction of detrusor is one of important pathogenic mechanism on the diabetic cystopathy. Which has many alteration, including morphous, function, recipient, membrane channel free radicle impairment and so on,
