毫米波对慢性前列腺炎治疗作用的临床观察

Effects of the millimeter wave therapy on chronic prostatitis

目的:探讨毫米波对慢性前列腺炎的临床治疗作用。方法:采用毫米波仪治疗慢性前列腺炎(Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型),辅以适当的药物治疗及生活调理,观察治疗效果。结果:经毫米波治疗后,患者的临床症状明显改善,CPSI评分显著下降。其中Ⅱ型总有效率82.76%,Ⅲ型总有效率88.24%。结论:毫米波是治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效理疗手段,对Ⅲ型前列腺炎尤为有效。

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effects of millimeter wave on chronic prostatitis. Methods： Patients suffered with chronic prostatitis （type Ⅱ and Ⅲ ） were treated by millimeter wave （MMW）, associated with drug and living adjustment. The therapeutic efficacy was studied. Results： The symptoms were greatly ameliorated and the CPSI （chronic prostatitis symptom index） was significantly reduced after the MMW therapy. The total efficacy was 82.76% for type Ⅱ , and 88.24% for type Ⅲ. Conclusions：It was suggested that millimeter wave is a comparatively ideal physiotherapy for chronic prostatitis, especially for type Ⅲ chronic prostatitis.
