AFP AFU ALP GGT对肝病诊断的价值

A Research of the Combination Test of AFP,AFU,ALP,GGT in Diagnosing Liver Diseases

目的探讨4种肝病检测项目联合检测的价值,提高对肝病诊断的准确性,减少误诊或漏诊,并对4种项目进行了比较。方法用电化学发光法测定甲胎蛋白(AFP),比色法测定α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU),用速率法测定谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的活性。分别测定原发性肝癌组、肝硬化组、肝炎组、骨病组、胆囊炎组、胰腺癌组、对照组。结果原发性肝癌组的AFP、AFU阳性率与对照组有显著差异(P<0.05),肝硬化组、胆囊炎组的ALP、GGT与对照组有显著差异(P<0.05),胰腺癌组的GGT与对照组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论联合检测AFP、AFU、ALP、GGT有利于对肝病的诊断,可以提高诊断的敏感性和特异性。

Objectives To study the significance of testing the four items （AFP,AFU,ALP,GGT） for liver diseases,improving the accuracy d diagnosis and reducing misdiagnosis.This article compared the four items.Methods Test AFP by using electrical speetrophotometer, AFU by coloritry, GGT and ALP by speed among six investigation groups,i, e. primary liver cancer,cinbosis of liver, hepatitis, osteonosus, eholecystitis, pancreas cancer and their contrast groups. Results There was significant difference between primary liver cancer group and the contrast group regarding AFP and AFU positive rates （ P 〈 0.05）.There was significant difference between cirrhosis of liver group, chaleeystitis group and the contrast group regarding ALP and GGT positive rates （ P 〈 0.05）. There was significant difference between pancreas cancer group and the contrast group regarding GGT positive rates （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination test of AFP,AFU,ALP and GGT is helpful to improve the sensitivity and specificity for diagnosis.
