借鉴北海道管理经验 推进林业可持续发展

Using Hokkaido experience in forestry management to promote sustainable development forest of China

日本北海道是重点林区,在长期的林业管理活动中,在林业可持续发展方面进行了有益的探索和实践,制定了许多行之有效的林业政策和措施,确保了林业建设事业的可持续进行,对我们实施林业可持续发展战略具有十分重要的借鉴意义。

Hokkaido - an island which is located in northernmost of Japan. As a priority forest region, valuable searehing and practice on sustainable development forest in long- term operating management were conducted there, many effective policies and measures had been formulated for ensuring development of forestry construction. These experiences afford us lessons that merit attention on implementing strategy of sustainable development forest.
