摘要
教师竞争力是指教师综合知识的吸纳和运用的综合能力,包括教师的知识吸收力、知识传授力、教学引导力、知识更新力、实践创新力、科研钻研力、人格吸引力、行为反思力、公关协作力、多媒体制作运用力等等。教师竞争力是现代远程开放教育的关键。
Teacher＇s competitive competence refers to the hensive knowledge, including the competences to absorb comprehensive competence to absorb and apply compreknowledge, impart knowledge, direct teaching, renew knowledge, practise and innovate, do research , attract students by personality, reflect on behaviour, coordinate with others and apply multimedia ,etc. Teacher＇s competitive competence is the key to modern open distance education.
