In the education of maintaining the party members＂ progress, study is an important tache. It is ＇the base for developing other tache. From three aspects of the understand on the importance of studying.the party constitution, experience on studying the Party＇s character and tenet and practicing the party constitution so,as to maintain the party members＂ progress forever, this paper discusses the author＇s experience and thoughts, whose purpose is to oromote studv and communication.
