一项对黑人土语翻译的调查

本文对黑人土语翻译进行了调查。调查分为对读者的问卷和对译者的访谈两部分。通过调查可以看出读者对黑人土语翻译是持肯定态度的,但对当前的三种翻译方法不甚满意;译者也在黑人土语翻译的方法问题上提出了建设性的意见。总的来说,读者对黑人土语的翻译有更高的要求和很大的期望。

This essay is a research on the methods and attitudes towards the translation of Afro-American English into Chinese, using questionnaires to readers and interviews of four translators. The research result shows that readers have a positive attitude towards Afro-American English translation but they are not satisfied with the three existent methods, i.e. translating it into Mandarin, using character replacement and colloquial style. So this paper gives some constructive suggestions to the translation methods of Afro-American English.
