摘要
通过对硕士研究生分子生物学实验教学的探讨,从教学条件的改善和师资的配备、教学内容的调整、教学方法的改进、教学手段的应用等几方面进行回顾和总结,探索出一套适应学生的教学思想和教学模式,提高了教学质量,并使实验教学成为培养学生创新能力的重要途径。
This article discussed the strategies which were used in the molecular biology teaching for master degree candidates. These strategies include changing teaching conditions, employing veteran teachers, shifting teaching materials, analyzing students status, improving modern teaching methords and so no. A series of good teaching thoughts and teaching modes for master＇s graduate students were summarized to improve the level of experimental teaching.
