地方高校实验室体制及专业实验室建设的探讨

地方综合性大学由于受招生规模、专业数量和种类、投资渠道和金额、专业人员结构等各种因素的制约,在实验室建设和管理上都有着与重点高校不同的特点。本文对地方高校专业实验室建设和管理中的一些具体问题进行了剖析,并提出了根据实验项目的专业受益面、根据实验室所覆盖专业共性的大小以及在实验室资源共享与方便教学科研使用之间、规范化统一管理与有利于学科、专业、科研的三位一体等来确定实验室的机构设置和归属管理的观点。

Local universities are different from key universities , because of the limitations of many factors , such as the scale of students recruited, subject amount and category, source of fund and structure of specialized faculty. The article analyzed the concrete problems of lab establishment and operation in local higher schools, and put forward the opinion that how to make clear the lab organization division and its ownership should be judged by if it is beneficial to promoting resources share, normalized ＆ centralized management and the development of subject, discipline and scientific research .
