“半导体集成化芯片系统基础研究”重大研究计划进展综述 被引量:3

PROGRESS ON NSFC MAJOR RESEARCH PLAN "SEMICONDUCTOR INTEGRATED SYSTEM ON A CHIP"

摘要 本文介绍了国家自然科学基金委员会第二批启动的重大研究计划试点之一:“半导体集成化芯片系统基础研究”的总体情况,分析了该重大研究计划顶层设计和组织管理特点;描述了前期资助项目的布局和学科交叉情况,简介了该计划执行2年以来所资助课题的部分进展及成绩;根据目前存在的问题,在中期评估的基础上,提出今后加强项目后期管理及鼓励学科交叉等方面的建议。 In this paper, the author gives a brief introduction to the progress of “The Fundamental Research about Semiconductor Integrated System on a Chip (SOC)”, which is one of the second round program of the NSFC Major Research Plan (MRP). The management characteristics of the MRP are introduced and the achievements of the MRP after two-year execution are summarized. According to some problems occurred in the execution of the MRP and the metaphase evaluation comments, the author suggests that the management of the MRP during late phase be enhanced and the interdisciplinary studies be encouraged.
