摘要
门诊是医院提供医疗服务的重要场所,要对门诊诊疗业务流程进行重组,改善门诊服务,必须做好门诊服务能力规划,合理配置门诊服务各类医疗资源.文章以病人等待时间为切入点,通过引入排队管理和排队模型,尝试建立服务能力规划矩阵,配置门诊服务各类医疗资源.
Clinic is an important department of hospital to supply medical treatment. The work, such as a good programming of clinic service ability and a rational collocation of medical resource, must be applied to clinic departments to reform its working flow and improve its service ability. Based on the queuing theory, the article proposes a modal to solve this problem from the point of patient's waiting time.
