摘要
目的观察局部注射透明质酸钠(SH)治疗晚期限局性硬皮病(ASC)的临床效果。方法选取ASC患者,随机分成两组,即SH治疗组和传统方法(TT)治疗组,每组11例。SH治疗组直接局部注射SH,分析比较两组的临床效果。结果SH治疗组的治疗效果显著优于TT治疗组,不良反应少且小。结论SH可能是治疗ASC的有效药物。这可能与SH抑制成纤维细胞生和胶原分泌、促进胶原分解及抗炎等作用有关。
Objective To compare the curative effects of sodium hyaluronate（SH） and traditional therapy（TT） in the treatment of advanced scleroderma circumscriptum（ASC）. Methods Patients with ASC were randomly divided into two groups. SH injection used topically, or TT was applied to 11 ASC patients, respectively. The symptoms before and after treatment were observed and compared. Result The curative effect of SH group was better than that of TT group and the side effects of SH group were mild. Conclusion SH may be a potent medicine to treat ASC. The relative mechanisms may be that SH can inhibit the growth of fibroblast and the secretion of collagenous fiber, accelerate the decomposing of collagenous fiber, counteract inflammation, and so on.
