慢性镉中毒小鼠曲细精管基膜和界膜厚度的测定

Measurement of the Thickness of the Limiting Membrane of the Seminiferous Tubules of the Mouse by Cadmium Chronic Intoxication

应用形态计量方法测算镉中毒小鼠曲细精管的基膜和界膜厚度,发现基膜的算术平均厚度是正常值的1.97倍,界膜的算术平均厚度是正常值的1.77倍,实验结果表明,镉中毒使小鼠基膜、界膜的厚度增加。

The morphometric techniques were applied to the basement membrane and the limiting membrane of the seminiferous tubules of the mouse by cadmium chronic intoxication.The arithmetic mean thick- ness of the basement membrane and the limiting membrane have been calculated.It was found un- expectedly that the arithmetic mean thickness of the basement membrane is 1.97 times of the normal control value and the arithmetic mean thickness of the limiting membrane is 1.77 times of the normal control value.Experiments showed that the thickness of the basement membrane and the limiting membrane were increased by cadmium chronic intoxication.
