自血光量子疗法对T淋巴细胞的影响

Effect of Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation and Oxygenation on T Lymphocyte

用 E 玫瑰花环试验和 PHA 淋巴细胞转化试验对24例脑血管病变患者自血光量子疗法前后的血标本进行了检测。结果表明治疗处理后血液的淋巴细胞转化率、E 玫瑰花环形成细胞率均显著增高,但经50℃ 10min 加热处理淋巴细胞后残留的 E 玫瑰花环形成细胞率在治疗前后无明显差异,似提示治疗后淋巴细胞上多表达的 E 受体是热不稳定的。

E rossette formation and PHA transformation of T lymphocyte from 24 patients with cere- brovascular disease were carried out before and after ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation (UBIO)treatment.The results showed that the percentage of E cell and lymphocyte transformed were increased significantly 69.67% Vs 76.21% and 68.86% Vs 76.77% respectively,but E cell of lymphocyte heated 50℃ 10 min was not significantly changed after this treatment.It suggests that the new receptor expressed on lymphocyte after UBIO may be heat labile.
