土地利用功能分类探讨

DISCUSSION ON FUNCTIONAL LAND USE CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM

在综述已有的土地利用分类体系的基础上,以土地利用的生态、生产、生活功能为立足点,建立了土地利用功能分类体系,包括生活用地、生产用地、生态用地3个一级类型;针对不同的用地部门,划分了65个二级类型.

A functional land use classification system is established, which includs 3 classes, namely “industrial land”, “living land” and “ecological land”. In the “industrial land”, there are 43 subclasses according to their industrial sector. “Living land” has 11 subclasses, and “Ecological land” also has 11 subclass. An experiment in Wall county, Chaoyang District of Beijing has been performed, the results show the feasibility of the functional land use classification svstern.
