摘要 本文主要介绍了目前国内外采用厌氧消化工艺处理水果蔬菜废弃物的一些研究情况以及处理这些废弃物的厌氧反应器的应用情况,指出厌氧消化工艺是处理蔬菜和水果废弃物的一种很有前途的工艺。 This paper reviewed the studies on the anaerobic digestion of fruit and vegetable waste (FVW)and their energetic potentials, examined the performance of several anaerobic processes used in FVW treatment, indicated that anaerobic process is one of the attractive alternatives for the FVW treatment.
