摘要 用催渗和不催渗两种渗剂在不同温度下对CuAlY合金表面渗铝,利用工业N2气中的余氧作为内氧化介质对渗铝后的试样进行内氧化,在试样表面制备一层细小弥散的Al2O3粒子。对渗铝层的显微组织、内氧化层的硬度分布及显微组织进行了初步分析。结果表明,催渗剂对CuAlY合金渗铝具有明显的催渗效果,在同等工艺条件下渗铝层较厚且更加均匀;内氧化后,能在试样表面形成厚度为280μm左右的Al2O3弥散强化层。 Al_ 2O_ 3/Cu composites with dispersive fine Al_ 2O_ 3 particle were prepared by internal oxidization on aluminized Cu-Al-Y alloy by using residual oxygen in commercial N_ 2 gas as agent, in which aluminized treatments for Cu-Al-Y alloy with RE compound CeCl_ 3 and without CeCl_ 3 were conducted. The microstructure of aluminized layer, hardness distribution and microstructure of internal oxidation layer were investigated. The results show that RE compound CeCl_ 3 has more remarkable effect on aluminized Cu-Al-Y alloy, and it has a thicker and more uniformity aluminized layer at the same conditions compared to that of the alloys without being treated. Dispersed enhancing Al_ 2O_ 3 particle layer with the thickness of 280 μm on the alloy can be formed after internal oxidation.
