A New Method of Stuccoing Mixed Binder Slurry on Ceramic Mold

采用硅酸乙酯水解液、硅溶胶及活性剂酒精配制混合粘结剂,代替单一的硅酸乙酯粘结剂。混合粘结剂的优点是稳定性好,操作方便,型壳强度高,生产成本低。涂撒混合粘结剂浆砂陶瓷型工艺是原涂敷浆砂陶瓷型工艺的改进。

Silicate ethyl hydrolyzate, sol silicate and active alcohol were used to prepare a mixed binder to be substitute for single silicate ethyl binder. The mixed binder has the advantages of high stability, easy operation, high mold shell strength and cost-effectness, which is the improvement for stuccoing slurry on ceramic mold technique.
