摘要
应用ＥＬＩＳＡ法测定了动脉内皮损伤后１５ｗ平滑肌细胞释放的致平滑肌有丝分裂生长因子水平。结果显示此时ＰＤＧＦ、ＴＧＦ－β_１释放仍增加，再生内皮可抑制生长因子释放。提示损伤后平滑肌功能变化是一个长时间持续过程，强调了损伤机制在动脉粥样硬化形成的作用。
The level of growth factors which are released by smooth muscle cells (SMC)15 weeks after endothelial injury and pay a mitogenic role for SMC proliferation was measured by ELISA technique, The results show that the release of PDGF, TGF-β1 was still on the increase at that time and endothelial cells inhibit realease of these factors.The data suggested that the injury-induced change of functions nf SMC was a persistent process, emphasize the importance of injury mechanisms in atherogenesis,
