摘要
经选择性培养,建立了人细支气管肺泡癌SKY9009细胞株,已传126代。细胞倍增时间为36h,致瘤性好,对多种抗癌药物较敏感。对抗癌药物的筛选、癌基因的研究有较大实用价值。利用SKY9009细胞免疫BALB/C小鼠,经融合、筛选获2株抗肺泡细胞癌单抗杂交瘤株,为肺癌的诊断和导向治疗提供了条件。
After human bronchiaalveolar cell carcinoma was selectively cultured, a SKY 9009 cell strain which had been proliferated for 126 generations was successively established. Its muItiplication time was 36 hours. Its carcinogenicity was evident and it was sensitive to various anti-carcinoma drugs. This strain is of great theoretical significance and practical value in screening of anticarcinoma drugs and in oncogene studies. Meanwhile, the multi~ ple-drug resistent cell line cultivated from this strain, SKY 9009, is of research and application values in the explo ration for reversed transcription-resistent drugs. The BALB/C mouse was immunized with SKY9009 cells. After fusion and screening, two hybrid strains of anti-alvelar cell carcinoma monoclonal antibody were obtained which provided the possibilities for the diagnosis and guided therapy of alveolar carcinoma。
