鼻咽癌外照射加腔内近距离治疗的剂量分布

DOSE DISTRIBUTION OF EXTERNAL BEAM AND INTRACAVITARY BKACHYTHEKAPY FOR NASOPHARYNGEAL CACINOMA(NPC)

从１９９２年７月至１９９４年１２月，５６例Ⅰ，Ⅱ期鼻咽癌作外照射（鼻咽Ｄ＿Ｔ５６～６０Ｇｙ／２８～３０次／５．６～６周）加腔内后装治疗（２４Ｇｙ／３次／２周），另配对５６例作单纯外照射（鼻咽Ｄ＿Ｔ６６～７０Ｇｙ／３３～３５次／６．６～７周）。经治疗计划系统绘测的剂量分布图显示，外照射加腔内后装综合放疗的鼻咽剂量为７０－８０Ｇｙ，鼻腔后份和茎突前间隙的剂量为６０～７０Ｇｙ。提示腔内后装配合外照射可适用于鼻咽腔内肿瘤或侵犯鼻腔后份以及部分茎突前间隙的病例。

From Jul. 1992 to Dec.1994,56 patients with stageⅠand Ⅱ nasopharyngeal cacinoma weretreated using a combination of external beam and intracavitary brachytherapy(combined radiothgerapygroup).The result;were compared to another matching group of 56 patients given external beam therapyalone(control grotip).The composite isodoses diagram of external beam and intracavitary brachytherapy hasrevealled that treatment doses at the nasopharyngeal cavity ranged from 70 to 80Gy and at the postnasal cav-ity and the anterior styloid space ranged from 60 to 70Gy.It wcqs suggestd that the indication of intracavi-tary brachytherapy for NPC is the tumor confined to the nnsopharynx or the turnor extended to postnasalccqvity and part of cqnterior styloid space.
