消化道肿瘤相关抗原CA_（19－9）的临床应用研究

THE CLINICAL PRACTICAL STUDY OF ATUMOR RELATED ANTIOEN(CA_(19-9))OF DIGESTIVE TRACT

用放射免疫分析法测得广州地区成年参考个体１１１例血清中ＣＡ＿(１９－９)抗原参比值为１１．２５４±６．００６ＫＵ／Ｌ，阴阳性界限值为≤３１．０ＫＵ／Ｌ；２０７例消化道疾患的临床观察分析认为：该项试验对诊断胃癌、大肠癌，尤其对于其手术后疗效判断及预后监测具有重要的参考价值；对于胃肠道良性与恶性疾病的鉴别诊断也具有较重要的意义。本试验也是胰腺癌的一项较好的诊断指标。

The level of human serum CA_(19-9) in 111 normal adults of Guangzhou area was deterrninatedwith radioimmunoassay,The mean value of serum CA_(19-9)was 11.154 ± 6.006KU/L.The demarca-tion value between the negative and positive was < 31. 0 KU/L. The Clinical examination of 207 cases of di-gestive tract diseases showed that the test was a valuable reference to diagnosis of gastric and colorectal can-cer, especially to judge the effect of surgical operation and to assess the prognosis of the diseases. It playedimportant role in differentiating the malignant and benign diseases, This test was also a better diagnosticmarker for pancreatic cancer.
