摘要
本法改配了国产930型荧光光度计测红细胞游离原卟啉(FEP)两滤光片波长。激发滤光片为360与500 nm 的复台滤光片,发射滤光片波长为600 nm。在标样0~0.1 μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数 r=0.9997。回收率为98.8%~107.7%,变异系数 CV=7.1%。用本法及 RF-540型荧光分光光度计同时测处理样品,结果经配对资料检验,P>0.20,认为复合滤光片法测 FEP 可获得满意结果,优于陈学存法。
The filter wave length of Model 930 Flurometer made in china was changed to test FEP. Excitation filter was a compound filter by 360 nm and 500 nm filters.Emission wave length was 600 nm.In 0~0.1μg rang,the standard FEP had a better linear correlation,R=0.9997;rate of recovery was 98.8~107.7% ;cofficient of variation (CV)=7.1%.At the same time,we com- pared the results of FEP performed with Model 930 with those of RF-540 fluorescent spectrochro- matographer made in Japan.The values were very similar.P>0.20.The results of this method was better than those of Chen's,
