腔隙病变的临床研究

Clinical Study of Lacunar Pathogensis

分析研究252例腔隙病变的病因、病理及临床表现,结果发现腔隙病变的病因复杂、病变性质各异,病灶无特定部位,预后取决于多种因素。建议对腔晾病变者应探明可治性病因。

We have analysed and studied the etiology,pathogenesis and clinical demonstration of 252 patients with lacunar pathogenesis.The results indicated that etiology,pathogenesis,features and site of lacunar pathogenesis were complicated.The prognosis which depended on various fac- tors was not always benign.It was suggested that lacunar pathologic patients be diagnosed by possible means of etiology.
