摘要
本文介绍经唇下正中翻揭术治疗鼻腔,副鼻窦、鼻咽腔等部位良性、早期恶性肿瘤及其它疾病10例。该术式可在直视下安全、彻底地切除鼻腔、鼻窦等部位肿瘤,避免了鼻侧径路面部留有切口疤痕的不足。同时该术式有较大的伸缩性,术中可根据病变的性质和范围调整手术方案。文中着重就手术麻醉、手术适应症及有关手术并发症等进行了讨论。
This paper introduced the sublabial degloving procedure used in 10 cases of benign and ma- lignant tumors and the other diseases in the area of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinus.Tumors can securely and thoroughly be removed under direct vision by using this procedure. Compared with the nasal rhinotomy,the sublahial degloving procedure can avoid facial skin scar. Accor-ding to the extension,this procedure can also be modified.Operatire indications,anesthe- sia and complications were discussed
