Establishment of Dot Immunofiltration Assay Kit for Detection of HBsAg and HBsAb

本文介绍斑点免疫渗滤法检测 HBsAg 和 HBsAb 试剂盒的研制方法。该法是以酶联免疫吸附试验原理和亲和层析原理为基础,采用硝酸纤维索薄膜(NC 膜)作为固相载体而建立的一种简便(三步)、快速(5～10 min)、特异性强、灵敏度高(ng 水平)的新方法。该法的逐步完善将在流行病学调查和临床医学检查中得到广泛应用。

This paper introduced the establishment of dot immunofiltration assay(DIFA) kit for detec- tion of HBsAg and HBsAb.DIFA is a new method that takes fundu-mentals of the ELISA and the affinity chromatographic as basis,uses nitrocellulose paper (NC)as solid-phase carrier.DIFA is more simple (three steps),rapid(5～10 minutes),sensitive (ng/ml level),and specific in test- ing hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) and hepatitis B virus surface antibody (HBsAb), so we suggest DIFA to be a better method in epidemiology survey and clinical examination.
