白细胞和小胶质细胞在沙鼠实验性脑缺血及再灌注中作用的研究

摘要 用沙鼠脑缺血及再灌注动物模型,研究因缺血后再灌注不同时期周围血白细胞计数和分类,脑实质中小胶质细胞和白细胞数的变化规律.发现周围血白细胞数在再灌注4小时开始升高,至再灌注12小时达到高峰,以中性粒细胞数增多为主;再灌注4小时脑实质中小胶质细胞数增至最多,白细胞则于再灌注24小时增多最为明显。 The animal model of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion was used to study the role of peripheral white blood cellcount and its category. The leukocyte and microglia number in ischemic parenchyma vanied with in tbe response to cerbralischemia and different reperfusional Periods. The results obtained in the experiment were,Perpheral white blood Cell count of gerbils with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion began to increase at the end of reperfusing for 4 hours,tbe peak time was 12 hours afterreperfusing,the nsainl increase wes neutrophil. The number of microglia in ischemic parenchyme raised to maximum at the momentof reperfusing for 4 hours,the leukocyte number increased obviously at reperfusing for 24 hours.
