摘要 采用人体大网膜进行分离纯化提取物(LAF)注射在免角膜基质层,出现了丰富的新生血管;而在免角膜上采用石炭酸烧灼伤,针刺损伤和用人体脂肪、血浆、脓液注射免角膜基质层作对照组,均未出现新生血管。同时又对大网膜纯化物进行了光谱分位,结果表明有吸收峰在255nm处.证明此物质为脂质。高效薄层层所(HPTLC)见有一条特异的条带,其Rf值为0.14,研究结果证实大网膜存在丰富的血管生长物质一胎质血管生长因子(LAF)。 Angiogenesis was investigated by injection of depurated extract obtained from the omentum into the substantia propria of tbe rabbits cornea. The formation of new blood vessels was observed,but the same result was not found in the coutrolgroups using phenylic acid burning, needle injuring, human blood plasma injection,human fat injection or pus injection. By the spectrum analysis the extract showed an absorbance at the 255nm which indicates the substance was lipid. We found this kind of lipidobtained from the omental extract had a specific line,of which the Rf value was 0. 14,using the higb-performance thin layer chromatography(HPTLC). These results confirm that the omentum contains plentiful vessel growth substance-lipid angiogeuic factor(LAF). The composition of this specific lipid will be analysed further.
